Emergency Lighting

An emergency light is a battery-backed lighting device that switches on automatically when a building experiences a power outage. Emergency lights are standard in new commercial and high occupancy residential buildings, such as college dormitories.

Most building codes require that they be installed in older buildings as well. Functioning emergency lights are required to comply with state building and fire codes, insurance standards and other standards.

We offer cost-effective, energy efficient emergency lights to meet a variety of applications including: industrial emergency lighting, high end architectural emergency lights, remote capable emergency lighting, recessed installation emergency lights, and wet location emergency lighting.

Our newest series of LED emergency lights use ultra-bright, energy-efficient Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). This configuration allows for low-voltage operation eliminating the need for a bulky sealed lead acid battery. Instead, units include maintenance-free NiCad batteries, making the unit much lighter and easier to install.

We also feature a large selection of emergency light fixtures which are geared towards high-end, residential or multi-family applications. They provide the functionality of normal lighting fixtures with emergency lighting features built-in. Our selection of emergency night lights are a fantastic option for residential customers living in areas prone to sudden power outages.
